Red Ball Rally
WHAT IS RED BALL RALLY?
Red Ball Rally is a weekly match play event designed for kids aged 5 to 8+, using Red Stage equipment in a fun, friendly, with modified equipment.
Children play real matches on smaller courts with slower balls, giving them a true taste of tennis while building confidence, skills, and a love for the game.
Each venue may run Red Ball Rally slightly different, depending on the coach and player requirements, but all programs follow the same Red Ball Rally principles of fun, fairness, and development.
Confidence Through Play
While still under the national Hot Shots Tennis pathway and brand, the program brings an exciting opportunity for players, and their families. Each week there will be an award presented for good sportsmanship. Ideally this would be a Henry’s meal voucher, allowing the player to celebrate with their family at their local Canberra Southern Cross Club venue.
